Last week a story which gained very little traction hit the financial newswires. The U.S. Treasury is working on an internal project informally called “Plan C” which seeks to deal with further problems in the economy before they occur. The anonymous report came out stating the administration is reluctant to commit any additional money especially to the level mentioned in the report. However this is a disturbing new development in our bailout nation since this is one of the first times that the U.S. Treasury will try to preemptively deal with a financial problem.

The issues with this Plan C is that it is setup to be a buffer on further deterioration in various loan categories but the big one is commercial real estate. The commercial real estate market is gigantic and many of those loans are still active: Click HERE to view chart!

Some $3.5 trillion in commercial real estate loans are out in the market. The problem is complicated because commercial real estate holders simply rollover their debt into new loans. That of course has changed since the economy and credit markets have shutdown and many of these properties are now severely underwater. The amount of maturing loans in commercial real estate will double in 2010 and will continue upward into 2010. The chart is very clear and this is only for debt in CMBS and not held by regional banks which is over $2 trillion. This is the next multi-trillion dollar bailout you have yet to hear about. In fact, while many are discussing a second half recovery higher up officials are already planning a bailout for the commercial real estate industry. The challenge with this bailout is you are asking a public with 26,000,000 unemployed and underemployed Americans to shoulder the debt of largely speculative plays. To many it is palatable to bailout the residential real estate market because the public can understand that (even if it may be wrong) or bailing out the 2 large U.S. automakers. Yet bailing out the commercial real estate market is going to be a political nightmare.

Of course the U.S. Treasury would like you to believe this is merely a precaution but most of the last precautions we have heard about have turned out to be TRILLIONS and TRILLIONS in full on commitments shouldered by the American public.

Way to Go! 2nd Grade Students at Tremont School in Columbus, Ohio Have Been Actively Raising Awareness and Funds for Amphibian Ark!

July 2009 Issue

When Mrs. Gordon’s and Mrs. Carlson’s second grade classes returned to school in January, 2009 the Year of the Frog had officially ended. But, we were not done helping! Both classes planned a bake sale at our school on February 18. Our parents made dozens and dozens of frog cookies and cupcakes to sell. We sold almost all of them! The two classes raised $340 more to donate to Amphibian Ark.

Our next project was really exciting! The Art teachers helped us draw a design for a tote bag. Some designs were selected to be voted on by the whole school. The winning design was then printed on reusable tote bags which were sold on Earth Day to remind people to “Go Green for Frogs”. We sold 100 tote bags and made $403 for Amphibian Ark.

The other designs were made into bookmarks to give to all of the children in the school to thank them for their support of our projects, and to share tips about taking care of the Earth. We gave some bookmarks to the public library to spread the “Go Green” message throughout the community.

What did we learn from our projects this year? We learned that we can make a difference. It is fun working together for something that we believe in. We know that we can help take care of our world in many ways. We feel proud that we were able to help and we challenge next year’s classes to make a difference too.

The reason why there was so much media coverage is because he DIED UNEXPECTLY and SUDDENLY at the age of 50 right before his big comeback tour! How dare you belittle this tragic event and deny us our grief! Michael Jackson touched BILLIONS of LIVES WORLDWIDE throughout his 40 YEARS of PUBLIC SERVICE!

Why is it that you IDIOTS made it a point to complain about the national media coverage surrounding Michael Jackson's death that lasted 1 week, YET you are NOT at all BOTHERED by the NON-STOP national media coverage focused on Sarah Palin of Alaska for the past 6 months??? Your publicized outrage the days following Michael Jackson's death was GROSSLY INSENSITIVE and CRUEL! SHAME ON YOU!!! I don't fault you for your appalling ignorance. Janet Arvizo approached Larry Feldman, the attorney who represented Jordie Chandler (first accuser) in 1993. This made some believe she was intent on getting money because she went to an attorney before the police – it was also the same attorney who helped get an out-of-court settlement for Jordie Chandler for a reported $20 million. Larry Feldman then sent the family to psychologist Dr. Katz, which was also the same psychologist that assisted the first accusers family to uncover whether there might have been sexual abuse. Dr. Katz later stated that in her opinion Jackson was not a pedophile but a regressed 10 year old. Larry Feldman and Dr. Katz were later focused on by the defense, stating that the mother (Janet) went to the same people that triggered the first investigation on Michael Jackson back in 1993. Obviously some type of research of the Chandler case must have occurred. On June 13, 2005, the jury found Jackson NOT GUILTY on all charges

Janet Arvizo, the welfare mom who instigated the mother of all child molestation trials, pled no contest to a welfare fraud charge in Los Angeles today. She will not have to appear in court for sentencing next April if she completes 150 hours of community service and pays $8,600 in restitution. During Jackson's trial, Arvizo invoked the Fifth regarding welfare fraud.

The mother of Michael Jackson's 2004 accuser is no longer a felon.

TMZ was in court as Janet Arvizo (whose married name is now ironically Janet Jackson) told a judge -- through her attorney -- that she successfully completed her community service in connection with a no contest plea to felony welfare fraud.

During cross-examination in the 2005 molestation trial, Arvizo admitted she had failed to disclose income that would have disqualified her from receiving $8,606.98 in welfare benefits.

Arvizo is charged with fraudulently obtaining roughly $8,000 in welfare payments by allegedly lying about her financial situation. She invoked her Fifth Amendment right under oath during the Jackson trial when asked about why she took welfare when she had more than $30,000 in her bank account.

After the judge was satisfied that Arvizo complied by paying the fine and doing the community service time, she reduced the felony to a misdemeanor.

In 1993, Chandler told a psychiatrist and police that he and Jackson had engaged in sexual acts that included oral sex, the boy gave detailed description of Jackson’s genitals. The case was settled out of court for a reported $22 million, but the strain led Jackson to begin taking painkillers. Eventually he became addicted.

Now maybe for the remorse of his death Chandler decides to tell us the truth. "I never meant to lie and destroy Michael Jackson but my father made me to tell only lies. Now I can’t tell Michael how much I’m sorry and if he will forgive me." Evan Chandler was tape-recorded saying amongst other things, "If I go through with this, I win big-time. There’s no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever… "

Under the influence of a controversial father (Evan Chandler) told his son to tell that Jackson had touched his penis. Jordan Chandler then told a psychiatrist and later police that he and Jackson had engaged in acts of kissing, masturbation and oral sex, as well as giving a detailed description of what he alleged were the singer’s genitals.

Now for the first time I can’t bare to lie anymore. Michael Jackson didn’t do anything to me, all was my father's lies to escape from being poor.

“I had a good communication with Michael,” Chandler told Schwartz. “We were friends. I liked him and I respected him and everything else for what he is. There was no reason why he had to stop calling me. I sat in the room one day and talked to Michael and told him exactly what I want out of this whole relationship. What I want.”

Admitting to Schwartz that he had “been rehearsed” about what to say and what not to say, Chandler never mentioned money during their conversation. When Schwartz asked what Jackson had done that made Chandler so upset, Chandler alleged only that “he broke up the family. [The boy] has been seduced by this guy’s power and money.” Both men repeatedly berated themselves as poor fathers to the boy.

Elsewhere on the tape, Chandler indicated he was prepared to move against Jackson: “It’s already set,” Chandler told Schwartz. “There are other people involved that are waiting for my phone call that are in certain positions. I’ve paid them to do it. Everything’s going according to a certain plan that isn’t just mine. Once I make that phone call, this guy [his attorney, Barry K. Rothman, presumably] is going to destroy everybody in sight in any devious, nasty, cruel way that he can do it. And I’ve given him full authority to do that.”

Chandler then predicted what would, in fact, transpire six weeks later: “And if I go through with this, I win big-time. There’s no way I lose. I’ve checked that inside out. I will get everything I want, and they will be destroyed forever. June will lose [custody of the son]...and Michael’s career will be over.”

“Does that help [the boy]?” Schwartz asked.

“That’s irrelevant to me,” Chandler replied. “It’s going to be bigger than all of us put together. The whole thing is going to crash down on everybody and destroy everybody in sight. It will be a massacre if I don’t get what I want.”

Instead of going to the police, seemingly the most appropriate action in a situation involving suspected child molestation, Chandler had turned to a lawyer. And not just any lawyer. He’d turned to Barry Rothman.

“This attorney I found, I picked the nastiest son of a bitch I could find,” Chandler said in the recorded conversation with Schwartz. “All he wants to do is get this out in the public as fast as he can, as big as he can, and humiliate as many people as he can. He’s nasty, he’s mean, he’s very smart, and he’s hungry for the publicity.” (Through his attorney, Wylie Aitken, Rothman declined to be interviewed for this article. Aitken agreed to answer general questions limited to the Jackson case, and then only about aspects that did not involve Chandler or the boy.)

Jordy Chandler, now 29, filed a restraining order against his father Evan Chandler in 2006 over charges of life-threatening physical abuse. Jordy says his ex-dentist dad Evan Chandler "struck him on the head from behind with ... (dumbbell) weight ... sprayed his eyes with Mace or pepper spray, and tried to choke him" last year, according to court documents filed in New Jersey.

Philippines: Dancing Inmate's Pay Tribute To Michael Jackson

The Philippines was the very first country to pay tribute to Michael Jackson! Wow, they did a great job coordinating this very large performance and in such a short time. The doctor is guilty of gross negligence and not putting his patient's health first. Why did the doctor wait an hour before he had someone else call 911? Why was the doctor trying to resuscitate him or "pump him" on the bed? If he was a doctor then he should know that you are supposed to administer CPR on a hard surface? The doctor should have immediately called 911 the moment he saw Michael Jackson clutching his chest and having trouble breathing! Michael Jackson was with his eldest son Prince Michael Jr. at the time he began clutching his chest and was having trouble breathing. His son thought his father was just playing around and being a goofy dad while they were in the living room. Prince Michael Jr. can confirm what time this happened and when the doctor was called in to the room. How did Michael get from the living room to the bedroom? Why didn't the doctor call 911 immediately and why did he take him to the bedroom and put him on the bed to administer CPR? The doctor is lying about everything! Here's a little food for thought: Walt Disney was a child at HEART! Walt Disney envisioned and created a giantic playground where he could be himself. Walt Disney wanted to share his gigantic playground with ALL of the children of the WORLD to enjoy! Disneyland became his santuary. In fact, Walt Disney built an apartment above City Hall on Main Street. He used to enjoy observing the millions of children entering his playground with such joy and anticipation. Walt Disney LOVED to be around children! That is when he was MOST himself imagine that! Did this make Walt Disney a sick perverted pedophile? NO.

God blessed Michael Jackson with a TALENT that EARNED him a fortune. Michael Jackson was a child at HEART! It's no wonder that he too would build a playground of his own and want to share it with children. Society has conveniently forgotten that most of the children that visited Neverland were sick, disabled and underpriviledged. Neverland became his sanctuary! I too am a child at HEART! I dream about having an arcade in my home, a huge theatre to watch my favorite animation and movies, a raquetball court and a bowling alley would be nice. I would want horses and stables on the grounds, batting cages, a humongous tropical swimming pool and even build a go-cart race track. It would also be great to build an ice-skating rink that converts to a roller rink at a push of a button. However, it would be no fun if I were alone right? Seriously think about that for a moment. I would want to share this fun environment I created with others. I did learn a valuable lesson from Michael and that is I will make sure I have hidden security cameras throughout the estate. This will protect me from any loser looking for a free ride who thinks they can pull a fast one on me. I will also make sure other adults are always present when I am around children. I grew up having slumber parties in our home. But Michael never in his life enjoyed a slumber party with other children outside of his family. More significantly, Michael Jackson did not have a childhood. Can you really blame him for wanting to create one later in life?

The TRUTH is this, we are ALL grown children. And no matter how adult or mature you try to be, pay attention to the way you respond to others and the way you treat others. Your personality and behavior reflects your inner-child whether you know it or not. If you want to know the truth, I don't see young, middle age or old. All I SEE are children. What I mean is when I am talking to an adult I can SEE their inner-child. And I also FEEL either darkness (negative energy) or light (positive energy) emanating from any person, place or thing I come in contact with. That is how I read what is in a person's HEART! This is something I've had to learn to live with through God's help and accept it as a gift from God. There was a period when the energy I was picking up on was so profound I would wear a baseball cap and do my grocery shopping around midnight when there were very few people around. I'm pretty sure my neighbors thought I was exhibiting odd behavior during that time. Fortunately, I had already established relationships with my neighbors and they loved me just the same. Now the energy gets filtered through me without any thought or effort by way of the Spirit. Thank God! Please note that we are ALL born with this ability. That is why it is so important for you to re-connect with your inner-child which is in essence re-connecting with the Source (God). Now I did't say I treat people like children. There is a huge difference. I treat every living thing that crosses my path with kindness and RESPECT. How they respond is on them. But I walk away with a good conscience.

There are times when I find myself visualizing my dream. It'll be wonderful when it comes true. Nevertheless, I'm always reminded of the millions of children who have never experienced this kind of fun all around the world. It is unbelievable to me that even children in the United States have never once step foot on an ice-skating rink or roller skated. Not even any of the other things that I mentioned. This breaks my heart just thinking about it! The parents of these children mostly pray for food, clean water, clothes and a roof over their head if they're lucky. Can you blame them? Of course not. We all need at a minimum these basic necessities to survive. However, the one thing these children are missing is fun and laughter! This too is a need that needs to be spread around the world.

Oh my beloved God! I just found out Michael Jackson has died!!!! I was hoping this news was a cruel joke. But I'm afraid it is not! Michael Jackson died of cardiac arrest at 3:15pm pst at UCLA Medical Center. I can't stop crying as I write this horrible unbelievable news!!!! I feel like I'm still sleeping and I'm having a nightmare dream right now and I want somebody to wake me up! He was ONLY 50 years old. This can't be true!!!! Now I know how my mom felt when Elvis Presley died!

Michael Jackson, you will always be remembered as one of the GREATEST performers of ALL TIME! Michael Jackson is an ORIGINAL! Thank you Michael Jackson for having the COURAGE to carve out your very own UNIQUE trail that has left an imprint on ALL of our hearts! Even after being rejected, scorned and abandoned by most of the African American community. He wasn't black enough or urban enough or they just envied him because he became a HUGE success around the WORLD! Because of this he had to sacrifice his roots in order to live out his divine destiny!!! This is what it means to be TRUE TO YOURSELF! He always remained humble and has served the World as a GENEROUS HUMANITARIAN! Let his story be a good example for all of you to follow! Shame on the Chandler family for the false allegations they charged against Michael Jackson back in 1993. Evan and June Chandler were money hungry OPPORTUNISTS! The Chandler family out of court settlement included a $15.3 million annuity for the son, $1.5 million for each parent and several million in legal fees. What's worse, the media ate up their story and proclaimed Michael Jackson guilty and falsely labeled him a pedophile! I can't even begin to imagine the magnitude of betrayal Michael Jackson must have felt. Evan Chandler was tape-recorded saying amongst other things, "If I go through with this, I win big-time. There's no way I lose. I will get everything I want and they will be destroyed forever...Michael's career will be over". In 2006 the accuser Jordy Chandler, at the age of 26, requested a restraining order and accused his ex-dentist dad Evan Chandler "struck him on the head from behind with ... (dumbbell) weight ... sprayed his eyes with Mace or pepper spray, and tried to choke him" last year, according to court documents filed in New Jersey.

The same holds true for the Arvizo family who falsely accused Michael Jackson of child abuse in 2003. Janet approached Larry Feldman, the attorney who represented Jordie Chandler (first accuser) in 1993. This made some believe she was intent on getting money because she went to an attorney before the police – it was also the same attorney who helped get an out-of-court settlement for Jordie Chandler for a reported $20 million. Larry Feldman then sent the family to psychologist Dr. Katz, which was also the same psychologist that assisted the first accusers family to uncover whether there might have been sexual abuse. Dr. Katz later stated that in her opinion Jackson was not a pedophile but a regressed 10 year old. Larry Feldman and Dr. Katz were later focused on by the defense, stating that the mother (Janet) went to the same people that triggered the first investigation on Michael Jackson back in 1993. Obviously some type of research of the Chandler case must have occurred. On June 13, 2005, the jury found Jackson NOT GUILTY on all charges.

May Evan, June and Jordy Chandler and David, Janet and Gavin Arvizo's souls rot in hell for ALL of eternity! For it is written, "You must not testify falsely against your neighbor" (Exodus 20:16)

I have always questioned what a segment of society stands for based on what I have witnessed. O.J. Simpson who was clearly guilty for murdering two people was acquited. Nevertheless, O.J. Simpson had millions of supporters expounding his innocence across America. O.J. Simpson did not do shit for humanity! NOT ONE THING and all of you showed him your love and support! Another IDIOT, Rodney King who had a long known criminal record was shown love and support by millions of Americans. We even had riots in Los Angeles for almost a week in support of this loser! Rodney King also did not do shit for humanity! Michael Jackson on the other hand who NEVER hurt anybody was always reportedly guilty whenever he was falsely accused of one thing or another. Society made fun of him and pre-judged him time after time. A part of society made him a PARIAH and DISASSOCIATED themselves from him when he needed them the MOST. WHY DIDN'T YOU march, speak out publicly in Michael Jackson's DEFENSE? WHHHHHYYYYY didn't you? Where was Rev. Al Sharpton and Rev. Jesse Jackson back then? Shame on all of you!

So what if he was strange or eccentric. Name ONE GREAT PERSON throughout history that was so-called "NORMAL". If any person is ever to be considered GREAT, believe me they had to RISE ABOVE "normal" to set a new standard in any field! He and the other GREAT people EVER remembered DARED to be DIFFERENT! Was it just me or did President Obama take 10 minutes to answer each question and then in the end NEVER actually answered the questions asked?!? Most of the questions were so direct, a simple yes or no would have sufficed.

Another thing that extremely puzzles me about President Obama's campaign, vision and confidence about his healthcare proposal is his lack of preparedness. His healthcare proposal is so unbelievably ill-conceived. If you or I went to any bank in the world or even a private investor with a business proposal seeking capital, the bank or private investor is going to first ask for a detailed business plan.

A Business Plan is a document that describes an organization's current status and plans for several years into the future. It generally projects future opportunities and maps the financial, operational and marketing strategies that will enable the organization to achieve its goals. If your business plan is not well written and well packaged, you better believe you will be shown the door.

In the case of President Obama's healthcare overhaul we, the taxpayers are the bank! Therefore, would it not be wise for our President and Congress to have a business plan prepared before they start marketing it?!?!

As I slowly began to drift into a hypnotic state due to President Obama's charm and sense of humor, I had to force myself to listen to his long winded answers. During that time, I suddenly realized there is not one government run agency operated efficiently. Just think about this for a moment. Would 9/11 have been allowed to happen if the CIA, FBI, INS or FAA were doing their jobs? This current economic financial crisis could have also been averted had the Federal Reserve, U.S. Treasurer, Securities Exchange Commission and FBI were doing their jobs. Name one government agency (national, state and local level) that you know of for sure that provides quality service?! The answer is there isn't one. All of our taxpayer dollars that are supposed to be allocated to pay for social services mostly go towards administrative costs. On top of this initial waste, there are layers upon layers of government bureaucracy nothing gets done! The point I am trying to get across is that the job the government agencies were created to do have all clearly fallen short. That's actually a nice answer. What I want to say is they have ALL GROSSLY FAILED!

Look I think it's honorable that our President wants the low-income and retired citizens of our country to have access to healthcare. It is a serious issue that our country desperately needs to address. However, I see President Obama drowning in a glass of water. He needs to break down his healthcare plan into three parts: immediate need, short-term need and long-term need. The obvious immediate need would be providing preventative healthcare services for low-income and retired citizens. Look into the cost of building a medical clinic or center large enough to sustain an entire urban community. Patients can have access to medical, dental and vision. Then multiply that cost by every metropolitan city across America.

President Obama can have these medical centers up and running at a fraction of the cost he is proposing to spend on his healthcare plan estimated at $2 TRILLION. In fact, now that I think about it why doesn't our government direct most of the $787 BILLION Stimulus bill toward building these medical centers across America! That would put lot's of people to work and quickly! Why not? The BILLIONS are just sitting there NOT being spent on anything. I though it was supposed to STIMULATE JOLT our economy. Satisfy two great needs with one humongous stone why don't you. Only do us ALL a favor and DON'T manage these medical centers in the same way you did Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

I can't resist giving one more jab. If providing healthcare to our low-income and retired citizens was a TOP PRIORITY for our President and Congressional body, then why oh why did they choose to BLOW OFF $410 BILLION on inconsequential endeavors? Without a second thought? Why? I am referring to the OMNIBUS BILL! Our President and Congress didn't bother asking our permission for passing the Stimulus bill and Omnibus bill his first month in office that total $1.197 TRILLION not billion and not million that is T-R-I-L-L-I-O-N! So with this fact in mind what makes us think President Obama is sincere in asking us permission to pass the Healthcare bill??? Not sincere at all. President Obama has already made it CLEAR that this $2 TRILLION bill WILL PASS! He said he is confident that it will pass. So basically this is all a charade at our expense!

Burmese Official Sacked for Nargis-related Corruption

Burma’s military junta has sacked the head of one of the key government departments involved in the Cyclone Nargis relief and recovery effort following allegations that he stole money donated for survivors of the disaster, according to reliable sources in Rangoon.

Than Oo, a former colonel who was serving as the director general of the Ministry of Social Welfare’s Department of Relief and Resettlement, was accused of STEALING MILLIONS of kyat (several hundreds of thousands of dollars) from international DONATIONS intended for Nargis-related projects, the sources said.

State-run newspapers did not publish any information about the dismissal of the senior official, who was recently arrested and interrogated by the regime’s Bureau of Special Investigation, according to sources in Naypyidaw.

The Department of Relief and Resettlement cooperates closely with international donors providing aid for humanitarian relief and recovery work in the cyclone-stricken Irrawaddy delta.

“The Department of Relief and Resettlement is responsible for accepting funds and donations from international NGOs,” said a Rangoon businessman who runs a local relief organization for Nargis victims.

“The department is supposed distribute the aid to assist people hit by the cyclone. He was probably taken into custody because materials donated by international NGOs went missing,” he added.

Meanwhile, the Burmese junta is holding a secret meeting in its capital, Naypyidaw, where a number of other officials have also reportedly been reshuffled.

Burma’s top military leader, Snr-Gen Than Shwe, has retired or reassigned around a dozen senior officials, according to military sources. However, The Irrawaddy has not been able to confirm the reports with other independent sources.
