You Have Got To Be F***ING KIDDING ME! US Senator Jim Webb Has Said jailed American John Yettaw Is To Be Released By Burma's Military Leaders

Former President Bill Clinton meeting with the North Korean Tyranical leader Kim jong-il and requesting the release of the two American journalists was the RIGHT THING TO DO. They were CAPTURED on the border by the North Korean military!

This however, is just sooooooooooo unbelievably WRONG! The American IDIOT that US Senator Webb has just FREED deliberately went out of his way and BREACHED Aung San Suu Kyi's HEAVILY GUARDED HOME while under HOUSE ARREST just TWO WEEKS before her capitivity would have EXPIRED. Aung San Suu Kyi was ARRESTED because of this American IDIOT that the US Senator is BEGGING the Tyranical Burmese Military Rulers to release! What's worse is that this is the FIRST TIME a US OFFICIAL has personally met with the DICTATOR himself! US Senator Webb's timing and motive is incredibly INSENSITIVE and WRONG! She would BE FREE NOW had the American IDIOT not gone out of his way to see her. Aung San Suu Kyi would be FREE RIGHT NOW!!! Aung San Suu Kyi has been on TRIAL and in PRISON since May and has just been CONVICTED last Tuesday to 18 more MONTHS under house arrest. Now the AMERICAN IDIOT has been set FREE while she remains under house arrest!?! WTF!?! Come on. The American IDIOT deserves to be in prison for his CRIME and NOT Aung San Suu Kyi who is INNOCENT! I would NOT be having a problem had US Senator Webb ALSO SECURED the release of Aung San Suu Kyi and the 2,100 political prisoners! I can't believe President Obama approved this sh*t! Do any of you in Washington have a conscience? Seriously I want to know! Do you?

What I don't understand is why did the military-ruled Burma’s powerful army chief ALLOW US Senator Webb to personally meet with Nobel Prize-winning democracy advocate Aung San Suu Kyi and NOT ALLOW UN secretary-general Ban Ki-moon to meet with her on July 3, 2009! The Tyranical ruler must have gotten great pleasure watching the US Senator give Aung San Suu Kyi the MIDDLE FINGER? That had to have been a priceless moment for that MONSTER!

Now I'm really left wondering if this whole thing had been planned all along! Because how could a tired old man who just swam across a river in the dark of night get past a bunch of Burmese military soldiers guarding her house?!?!? and now this a-hole has been set free no questions asked by these evil SOB's? Both U.S. OIL COMPANIES and China have the most to lose with Aung San Suu Kyi being freed. They both get Burma's natural resources on the CHEAP right now with the military regime in power!

President Obama you can't say that you knew NOTHING about US Senator Webb's intentions. You are the President of the United States of America. The HEAD OF STATE! You always reminds us, all of your administration reminds us and all of your mouthpieces remind us. Therefore, this one is on YOU Mr. President! It's on YOU!

Burma to free Suu Kyi US 'guest'
Saturday, 15 August 2009 14:48 UK

The announcement came shortly after US Senator Webb held talks with Burmese military ruler Than Shwe in Burma.

US Senator Webb also met pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi, days after she was given house arrest for 18 more months.

Mr. Yettaw's uninvited visit to Ms Suu Kyi's home led to her trial. He was himself given seven years' hard labour.

US Senator Webb's office said Mr. Yettaw would be officially deported on Sunday morning and that the senator would bring him out of the country on a military aircraft that was returning to Bangkok.

US Senator Webb had been expected to press for the release of Mr Yettaw.

The Democratic senator is the most senior US official to meet the Burmese leader, his office said.

"I am grateful to the Myanmar government for honouring these requests," US Senator Webb said in a statement announcing Mr Yettaw's release.

"It is my hope that we can take advantage of these gestures as a way to begin laying a foundation of goodwill and confidence-building in the future."

The UN Security Council expressed "serious concern" following Ms Suu Kyi's conviction earlier this week, while the EU extended sanctions against Burma.

Ms Suu Kyi had earlier been taken to a state guesthouse near her home to meet Mr Webb, where the two held talks lasting about 40 minutes.

She went on trial in May after Mr Yettaw swam to her lakeside home, evading guards. She was charged with breaking the terms of her house arrest by sheltering Mr Yettaw and after many delays, was sentenced on Tuesday to three years in prison.

Although the sentence was commuted to 18 months' house arrest by Than Shwe, it ensures the opposition leader cannot take in planned elections next year.

Ms Suu Kyi, 64, has spent 14 of the past 20 years under house arrest.

A UN Security Council statement on Thursday expressed "serious concern" at the sentence and urged the release of all political prisoners.

Correspondents said the statement had been watered down from an original US draft, which "condemned" the verdict and demanded that Burma's military junta free Ms Suu Kyi.

The main reason for the weaker language was China - a powerful permanent member of the council, with close ties to Burma's rulers, says the BBC's Tom Lane at the UN.

Last month, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said increased US engagement with Burma, including investment, might be possible if Ms Suu Kyi were freed. But she also warned that there were concerns over the transfer of nuclear technology from North Korea to Burma.
